Compass School is situated in Southampton and provides transitional, full time education and support for up to 100 learners who are not accessing mainstream schools. Croma worked with the school management team to design and deliver a fully integrated security solution which allows the staff to effectively manage the movement of pupils around the site safely.
This was achieved with the installation of an access control system on 44 doors and a CCTV system consisting of 58 cameras. Croma worked alongside ASSA Abloy to provide high security doors which were designed to deter forced and unauthorised entry/exit. We also installed an extensive intruder alarm to protect the site and assets outside of opening hours which sends signals directly to the Police in the event of an emergency.
