Sales Surveyor – Electronic Fire & Security Systems
Based in: Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire

Due to the demand and continued success in the market we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Sales team and lead the charge as a territory sales surveyor, forging lasting relationships and achieving ambitious targets of approximately £550,000 per annum. Yes, you heard it right – these targets are well within reach!
This is an ideal opportunity for an established Commercial Sales Surveyor or potentially for a technical multi skilled systems engineer with commercial / sales experience looking for a new challenge.
Your Role as Sales Surveyor:
Join the Independent Trailblazers: Become a part of our growing elite team of professionals working for a well established, independent NSI Gold accredited Fire and Security company.
Sales Dynamo: Meet and exceed achievable monthly sales targets with your extraordinary sales acumen.
Sales Maverick: Work your magic as a field-based territory sales surveyor in the southern counties to develop and increase our customer portfolio. A defined territory will be confirmed depending on location.
Security Systems Maestro: Elevate fire and security systems revenue (Fire, Intruder, CCTV, and Access control) to new heights through your consultative prowess, product knowledge, system design, industry compliance and business development skills.
New Opportunities Explorer: Respond to inbound system inquiries and embark on a quest to unearth fresh business opportunities through motivated and proven approach to new business development.
Quotation Prodigy: To work independently and as part of a pro-active forward think team. Prepare and deliver precise quotations and design specifications in alignment with our company's pricing policy, P&L management and NSI requirements.
Industry Insider: Bring your wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the forefront.
Requirements
· An insatiable appetite for sales and business development
· Confident and self motivated sales ability to provide solutions for fire and security system installation, upgrades and system takeovers in compliance with the NSI and British standards.
· Experience in B2B and B2C customer facing.
· Experience and proven business development skills to self-generate new opportunities, consult and deliver solutions.
· Capability to compile detailed written specifications and schematics
· Commercial acumen to build quotes in line with our pricing strategy and the P&L management
· Ideally a min of 2 years in a similar role
· Must be able to drive and have a full UK D/L
· Must be able to satisfy BS7858 security vetting requirements
