Technical & Engineering Support

We maintain an unrivalled knowledge of security technology, enabling us to deliver comprehensive security solutions and we have ambitious plans for growth.

Due to the demand and continued success in the market we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Technical & Engineering team and support the team as a Technical Support.

Responsibilities:

- ARC Signalling checks and corrective actioning

- Conduct Remote Maintenances

- Conduct firmware upgrades

- Being available to drop urgent parts to site to support engineers.

- Receive Supplier deliveries, log and sort for stock replenishment.

- Sort and label returns, maintain weekly return process

- Stock control and replenishment ordering for stores and van stock.

- General stockroom housekeeping.

- Waste management/ safe storage / collections and returns

- Weekly ARC Signalling checks and corrective actioning.

- Conduct Remote Maintenances.

- Conduct firmware upgrades.

- Being available to drop urgent parts to site to support engineers.

Requirements:

- Good computer literacy.

- Good communication Skills.

- Good problem Solving Skills.

- Able to use own initiative.

- Full training will be provided.

- Experience in the fire and security isn't necessary.

Salary: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
